| Duties: | Coordinates and evaluates educational activities for employees and students. Assesses educational needs, develops plans to address needs and implements or assists with roll out. The Clinical Education Coordinator supports the all departments in the Hospital and in the Clinics.
Organizes, develops, coordinates, and participates in educational inservices within the organization. Works in close contact with the various schools of nursing and other clinical programs to provide for clinical rotations for the students. Develops and implements mentor programs for clinical staff, with an emphasis on new graduate nurses. Provides support and back-up for House Supervisors. Assists in the development of order sets and care pathways throughout the organization.

| Qualifications: | Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with a current Colorado RN license. BSN required, Masters preferred.
Training and Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in direct patient care. Management experiences helpful, but not required. BCLS required within 3 months of hire.
Job Knowledge: Excellent communication skills required with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage several projects in the same timeframe. Must have a working knowledge of computers and the Meditech system including clinical data base management and documentation.
