| Description: | 48 hours per 2 week pay period (includes benefits). Night shift.
MMH pays a $4.00 per hour differential for nights. |
| Duties: | Will function as a leader in our health care team, assume responsibility for coordination of clinical services hospital-wide, coordinate and supervise nursing personnel and direct other ancillary departments as needed. Will be responsible to make administrative decisions necessary to maintain the operation of the hospital during assigned hours as a representative of the Nurse Directors, Assistant Administrator of Patient Care Services, and Administration and may be called upon to perform other duties as assigned. |
| Qualifications: | Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associates Degree, Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in nursing. BSN or commensurate experience preferred. 3-5 years clinical experience is preferred. Previous experience as House Supervisor preferred. Orientation is based on previous knowledge and experience. Additional education/training in related fields is considered on an individual basis. BCLS required within 3 months of hire; ACLS and PALS within 12 months of hire. |
