| Description: | 72 hours per pay period and Per Diem. |
| Duties: | Functions as an integral member of the nursing staff and interdisciplinary team in observing, evaluating, and assisting in identifying patient care needs and problems. Is instrumental in the implementation of the interdisciplinary treatment plan. Assists in monitoring the patient's physical and psychological condition as related to defined goals.

| Qualifications: | Graduation from an accredited licensed practical nurse program. Licensed and currently registered to practice nursing within the State of Colorado.
Training and Experience: A minimum of one year experience in rehabilitation nursing or acceptable related training and experience is preferred. Further requirements include satisfactorily completing hospital orientation and unit-specific orientation within one month of employment.
