| Description: | As needed to cover shifts. |
| Duties: | Works as a team member with dietary personnel in the daily production requirements for patient and cafeteria food services. Cashier works at the cash register during meal hours. Washes down tables in the dining room. Cleans cafeteria line after meal service. Stocks cafeteria line and cleans all equipment in conjunction with the cafeteria service. Reports to the Food Service Director. |
| Qualifications: | Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Training and Experience: Foodservice experience desirable but not mandatory, on-the-job training. Job Knowledge: Required to demonstrate knowledge and ability to perform measured by the Health Care Food Service Training Manual and competency tests. |
