Description:As needed to cover sick call and vacations of staff.
Duties:Follows a menu to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, gravies, cereals, soups, vegetables, and other foods. Cooks food according to proper preparation methods in a cafeteria/institution. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Qualifications:Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must be able to perform a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
